A Great Value for money villa, which is two storey - The living area is on the ground floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms on 2nd floor. Easily accommodates two families, or one large family. There is a Free Cot and High Chair to use as well as a Game Cube and Beach toys for the Kids or even Adults to use. There is large shaded outside private terrace on the ground floor - with BBQ. A few steps from the villa, is a beautiful 14m pool, within a lovely social setting complete with amble sunbeds and shaded areas. There are two local beaches, both sandy and with crystal clear waters, with fabulous views of the Mallorca mountains - a haven for both children, swimming and snorkelling and Pollensa Beach is only 5km away. Pollensa Golf course is only 7km away - There are a further 20 courses across the island.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. On the day of arrival the villa will be ready for you by 3pm. On day of departure the villa needs vacating by 10am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are included. Bed linen is changed weekly, and towels twice weekly. You will also receive a welcome pack on arrival. |

There is an open fire in the living room, and bags of logs can be bought locally.
We also have three portable electric heaters.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs, or the elderly.
Outside
A very popular small complex near Pollensa - with a friendly and very relaxing pool area - complete with sun loungers.
The large swimming pool has a shallow separated area for small children - but also has a deep end for older children to enjoy.
There is lovely covered terrace at the back of the villa, which catches the evening sun - complete with patio furniture and BBQ.
Also a terrace at the front of the property - which catches the morning sun.
Coast/Beach
The proximity of the beach and resort makes Ca'n Botana a great spot for families. The villa is in a beautiful area in the North of the island, next door to the famous old town of Pollensa, and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa. It has fabulous sandy beaches - perfect for children, and the warm Mediterranean sea! Cala San Vicente has three coves, and our villa is only a 3 minute walk to the lovely beach Cala Molins.
Golf
Pollensa Golf Course is only 7km away with a further 20 Courses throughout the Island
Travel
There are lots of flights available from local airports to Palma. It takes around 40 mins in a car from Palma to Cala San Vicente, as a new dual carriage way opened this year.
Distances
The villa is situated in walking distance of Cala San Vicente, with local restaurants and shops. Pollensa old town is 5km away, with a rich history and the famous steps. Puerto Pollensa is also only 5km away which is a busier resort, but has a very large sandy bay.
Booking notes
On booking we require a deposit of 25% of the balance.
The balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
We do not request a breakage fee, but would ask if you break a cup or plate etc that you would replace it.
Guest comments
We had a lovely time. Your directions were spot on and the weather was certainly better there. We were warm enough, the new heaters were great, and we really enjoyed having a fire in the evenings. A poker for the fireplace might be useful.

The weather was great too (which always helps).
My daughter was crying when we got home because she wanted to go back to her bedroom in 'yorca' (she had the pink one!) It was all fab and no negative comments from us at all. Many thanks once again Elyse x
